Supply lists for grades 1-5 are available by grade on our website. Just look under "Classroom Connections" and click on your grade.
Lists for Pre-K and K will be available after school begins.
If you make supply purchases online through Amazon.com, please use the link on left side of PS 158's homepage. Then the school will receive a portion of the proceeds. Please note deliveries for parents cannot be made directly to the school--they should be sent to your home and brought in to your classroom teacher.
This year’s Summer Meals
program will launch on Saturday, June 27, one day after the last day of school for New York City students. Starting June 27, breakfast and lunch will be available at hundreds of public schools, community pool centers, NYCHA complexes, libraries, and other locations throughout the five boroughs and spread across neighborhoods. Additionally, there will be four mobile food trucks offering meals seven days a week throughout the summer at locations frequently visited by children and families.

This year the PA is collecting contact information electronically.
In your welcome packets that you received on the first day of school is a 'contact information' sheet. In lieu of completing this form, you can enter your information (name, phone number, address and email address) by clicking on the link below.
The information that you enter goes directly to a spreadsheet that is only accessible by the PA--your information is not live on the Internet.
For kindergarten parents who have already entered this information, please edit it to include your child's class code.
This system will help to ensure your information is entered into the database accurately.
